Larisa Ljungkrona-Mönttinen & Timo Alakotila
Larisa started her collaboration with the finnish folk musician and pianist Timo Alakotila in 2013 with a recording of Larisas modern folk music pieces for piano and accordion. In 2025 they finally recorded a full length album in Helsinki which will be released in 2027/2028.
The music gives a touch of Larisas folk musical inspiration during her career, swedish, finnish and scottish flavours, always with expressive improvisation present.
